Extended control and shared access systemAccess and control a PC from a local console and from up to 7 extended consoles located as far as 300 feet away.PC-Expander Plus system consists of a transmitter located at the computer a receiver for each extended workstation and extension cables that link each receiver to the transmitter. An input cable connects the transmitter to your computer. All transformers necessary to power the system are included.• Access and control a bank of PCs attached to a KVM switch from a local console and from up to 7 extended consoles located as far as 300 feet away. • Automatic priority control recognition. By using the keyboard or moving the mouse PC Expander Plus immediately recognizes which console is attempting to take control over the attached computer. Once keyboard and mouse activity stops taking control over the computer from either console - local or extended - is again ""up for grabs"". This time-out can be set from 0.25 to 8 seconds. • Privacy option allow the user to blank the inactive users' screens when content-sensitive work is in progress. • Supports PS/2 mouse Microsoft IntelliMouse Serial mouse and PS/2 keyboard. • Requires no software installation.
